We review and sign a retention agreement and discuss various disclosures and requirements to file for bankruptcy protection. There are two courses that must be completed. The first course, Credit Counseling, must be completed prior to the filing of the bankruptcy case. The second course, Financial Management, must be completed after the bankruptcy case is filed.
