Save Your Home From Foreclosure

Our main office conveniently located in Redwood City for your convenience. We also have offices located in San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale and Cupertino if you work in one of these and areas, which may be more convenient. A typical free no obligation consultation will last approximately thirty minutes to an hour depending upon your circumstances and whether you retain our services or not. If you decide to retain our services we request an initial retainer of $50 - $100. We review and sign a retention agreement and discuss various disclosures and requirements to file for bankruptcy protection. There are two courses that must be completed. The first course, Credit Counseling, must be completed prior to the filing of the bankruptcy case. The second course, Financial Management, must be completed after the bankruptcy case is filed. If the second course is not timely completed you will not receive a discharge in your bankruptcy case.

It is our duty to list all of your income, expenses, assets and debts in the bankruptcy petition in addition to many other transactions prior to filing the bankruptcy petition. We will provide you with a detailed checklist of the documents we will need to draft a complete and accurate petition for bankruptcy. The most important are six-months of pay statements or proof of income is self-employed and tax returns for the last three years. Six-months of bank account statements are very important too.

Once we receive payment of attorney fees and the documents necessary to draft your petition it will take us approximately five to ten days to draft you petition for bankruptcy. The only appearance you need to make is at the 341 meeting of the creditors. The 341 meeting of the creditors will be schedule approximately thirty days from the date your bankruptcy petition is filed.
